Frau Rechtsanwältin Christiane Wagner was born in Grimma in 1981. After general schooling with Abitur high school graduation at St. Augustin Gymnasium in Grimma, Frau Wagner studied law at Technische Universität Dresden. She passed her first state examination in 2005/ 2006 and was awarded the academic title of Magistra juris. As part of the 2-year legal preparatory service, she worked with Amtsgericht Dresden (district court) and Staatsanwaltschaft Dresden (Public Prosecutor's Office) and also completed a training assignment in Sächsischer Landtag (Saxon state parliament). Frau Wagner completed her professional training in November 2007 by passing the second state examination with above-average results. Frau Wagner was registered as lawyer in December 2007 and has worked in this capacity since then.

Frau Wagner started working as legal employee with the Dresden office of this law firm in 2002 - she was still a student at that time. This enabled her to learn the legal profession from the scratch. Frau Wagner took advantage of the possibility of opting for a professional specialization as early as possible. She completed a specialist lawyer training in labour law as early as in 2008 and specialised in administrative law in 2009.

Frau Wagner's professional interest is predominantly on labour and administrative law. She represents employers and workers in court and out of court in all matters relating to the design of labour contracts, questions relating to industrial institution law and staff association law and dismissal protection law. Frau Wagner has been a specialist in labour law since April 2011. As a freelance lecturer for Praktikerforum Arbeits- und Wirtschaftsrechts GmbH (PfA GmbH) she has held training and qualification courses for employers, works and staff council members regularly since November 2010 and since April 2011 also for the jw - seminars.

Frau Wagner is also a specialist in administrative law since June 2011. In the field of administrative law, she specialises in civil service law and disciplinary law as well as school school and higher education law with particular emphasis on examination law. Frau Wagner has extensive specialist knowledge in these areas
