Ms Martina Henkel grew up in Halle (Saale) and studied law at the local the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, where she also passed the first state law examination. After her practical traineeship at the Court of Appeal in the district court of Hamm she passed her second state examination and started working as a lawyer in 2005. In 2008, she was registered by the Bar Association of the state of Hessen as lawyer specialising in family law. After returning to Halle (Saale), she started working for Hümmerich & Bischoff at the end of 2009. She focuses on family law, law of inheritance and capital investment law.
